Our aim is to teach Tai Chi according to the principles passed on by the late Master Moy Lin-Shin (1931-1998), known to most simply as Mr Moy, who wanted everyone to benefit from the health-enhancing techniques of this ancient practice.
At our academy, we focus on imparting the techniques of Tai Chi as once taught by the late Mr Moy, so our Tai Chi, although adapted from the martial arts, makes for gentle exercise that allows one to stretch muscles, tendons and ligaments in a natural way, creating a feeling of relaxation and providing real health benefits, such as improved balance, and enhanced well-being as you practice with us.
Our community welcomes young and old and is concerned only with Tai Chi. The Academy is not affiliated to any religious group.
